There is a new young man an I understand he has to learn.

I have been going to this location a few years now, but I have been a Panda Express customer for 10 list 2 times a week for me and my 2 children.

The first time I pointed it out to him that he was giving me 1/3 less than what I normally get.......he looked at me and just didn't even acknowledge me. The second time I spoke with another staff member but they keep looking me like dears in the headlight and don't say anything other than "Thank you for telling me that" but they don't address the issue. Yesterday I went again, and this young employee just doesn't understand that he is stealing money from customers by not giving the right portions. I am tired to be ignored, so I decided to write to inform you that I decided to no longer be your customer and not use your services for my company parties.

I didn't like: No food available 45 min after opening for the day.

Panda Express is infamous for small portions. The employees do not get to decide how much they give, they have to follow company guidelines.
