I placed an online order from my car and went inside to get it I got inside about 2:45 I seen a few orders so I asked if one one for me and I gave them my name . And the lady said no I said alright and sat down . Around 310 I finally asked again what was going on ? And the guy asked for my name and he goes its been right here . So my food sat there for almost a half an hour . The only reason for this complaint is that no one should have to wait that long for there food and then be told it was already made and now I have cold food

Panda has proven that they don't give a sht about problems and or issues the way employees talk to or the way customers are treated

I had an issue on the way the employees talked and treated myself as a former customer. I've contacted panda corporations customer service about this situation at least 2 times, was promised a call from General Manager or District Manager. And of course I have gotten nothing. There's plenty of competition out there the will care how customers are treated. So to me panda don't care about nothing but the money spent at they're stores. Still waiting for the call but concluded that Panda really don't care, so I'll keep my money for a company that does care...Don't pat

Employees are standing around talking and not waiting on customers, manager is in back.. kids are running the store.. if the employees are on lunch or off work they should leave not congregate around the counter, yet not wait on customers.. your manager needs to be present managing the situation

We typically hit the drive thru once a week. More often than not, the order is wrong, so I always check it before driving off.

This time one of the entrees wasn't ready, so I had to drive around to the front and wait. Once I received my order at the curb, I checked the bag, and of course they forgot the soy sauce I requested. I returned inside to get my sauce and expressed my displeasure. As can be seen by other reviewers, and was my experience, there was a lousy interaction with what I expect was the manager.

Anyone ever wonder how they can afford to pay "managers" $75k - $100k per year? Take a close look at the quality and portion size. $15 bucks for $3 of food, that's how. Manager stated, "see you next time".

No, no you won't. Here's a tip, next time simply say, "I am sorry we didn't get your order right, what can I do to make it up to you?" Customer service 101, which this organization clearly doesn't teach it's people.

Got Black pepper beef & kung pau chicken instead of sesame chicken in 2 double meals. Super hot, and sauces mixed together over whole container. Made 2 trips to location, was refused refund or replacement because we ordered rice so it wasnt wrong. Mom has colitis, cant eat spicy or pepper, absolutely rude & insane to say should have to eat! Horrible customer service! Ill complain everyday until compensated will never go again!

I ordered for the office at the Cherrydale, Greenville, SC location. Laura, the manager, could not have been any sweeter. She walked me through everything and even gave some samples of spring rolls as I had not had theirs before. The pickup (at my request) was ready on time and she helped me pack it in my car. From start to finish, it was a smooth experience. I will use them again, no hesitation. The place was spotless. For a fast food restaurant, I was very impressed. They have not updated their newest restaurant in Cherrydale. It was not Woodruff Road.

I went Into the location on 9ave in Manhattan, N,Y yesterday, and ask to just taste a piece of chicken that I never tried. To see if I won't that one the lady say no we don't do that, and I told her that they do. So she said not this location. After all that I ordered food, and went home with the wrong order, and had to come all the way back it was very inconvenient for me. I also have problems with my knee so it's hard for me to walk. In the receipt that's not my order.

Who in NYC would order from a corporate grindhouse when you have an endless number of locally owned and operated Chinese restaurants that will cook your food to order?? It's cheaper and tastes better. Ordering Chinese from Panda Express in New York is like ordering Papa Johns pizza in NYC.

11:15 AM Tuesday, December 26 went independent express For lunch and bowls were empty. I asked management why the case was half full.

They said they dont cook it unless somebody wants it and the food was ready and she put it in the container. The server was very short with the food a half a scoop of the main dish and I ordered three. Ive had problems with the Panda Express on 10th St. in Palmdale before will not be going back to that one again.

Im disabled and dont feel like I have to take a picture of my food before I eat it I was not given a receipt they should always give a receipt. So when you asked for proof of purchase, unfortunately, I dont have one I do have to add the employees have an attitude problem.

Bad service all the way around I spent a lot of money to get food from your company and Im not satisfied. I could send a picture of the bag where my food came in.

You must be lying or blind because I can clearly see noodles in your food. NIce try though. Next time if you are going to lie, make sure you eat ALL the noodles before taking the picture instead of just some of them.

Are YOU blind? Click on the picture and you will see it is indeed about 95% cabbage.

This is a very common complaint about the lo mein at Panda Express. Lo Mein should be at least 85% noodles and the rest vegatables.

This person was served cabbage! Would you want to eat just cabbage?

They comment about returning the food, to get the money back.

Refused to honor my gift card

I went to the closest Panda express a few towns over. I ordered my food and went to pay and use my gift card that I received for Christmas. The girl working said that the do not accept gift cards or the Panda express app. I asked why and she said gift cards are corporate and they are a franchise. Which made no sense to me. I work for a franchise and we have to take the company's gift cards. We'll I use to go to Panda express all the time. Not any more.
