So, our Panda does us dirty. The rice and side portions are switched.

Like they fill the entree portion with rice and veg then the rice portion gets the entree. This has happened on two different orders, on two different days - so I know they’re doing this on a consistent basis. My friend also confirmed she got her order the same.

Maybe that’s how they do it for doordash customers… You aren’t in store to watch them serve it up, so you can’t complain… and the driver has no hand in the preparation of the food, so it’s out of their hands once your food leaves the store. Their extra entree box is also the same as a side box - so, clearly they don’t care about portions or charging the right price for something so small and mediocre.

Panda Express is primarily staffed by teenagers on a power trip. Unless you are friends with a staff member, you will never get decent portions.

And their "chefs"? Teenagers who are trained for less than 2 weeks on the wok. In what universe is that a "chef"?

Go to a locally-owned Chinese place and get double -triple the amount of food for about the same price. I refuse to support this bloated chain that has lined the corporate owners' pockets with billions.

Not totally satisfied…

When I went to eat the coupon wouldnt go though.. I waited for help with customer service and they never honored the coupon.. I was told they have to contact management? So I didnt hear from them, so I was not happy thanks

The name of the dish is actually BROCCOLI beef, which kind of forewarns you it will be 99% broccoli. I have known people who got all broccoli and no beef at all. Panda Express will refuse a refund even if it's their mistake or the food is absolute *** Awful place.

Because service at a Stockton ca Fremont st location their personal are not respecting the ours of operations and close the front door with an excuse of short stuff

Every day the store close the front door for customers to take food out or dining there their excuse is that short stuff members to attend drive through and inside I saw to many employees inside not doing anything and they do not have an answer of who is the manager at a time very ruth customer service
