Went through the drive through ar my local Panda Express. The lady taking my order was extremely nice.
I mentioned what i wanted. She read it back perfectly. When I got home it was wrong.
Tried to call my local store three time with no luck. That is why I called corporate.
User's recommendation: I understand if they were busy. But, I just left with my order and I was the only one in the drive through. I'm not trying to get anybody in trouble. I just wanted the food I ordered.

Well, I didn't get my rewards points back, or my free bowl, because DoorDash picked up my order. Then, their driver drove straight down I-75 and canceled my order like 10 to 20 miles away from my house.
They said they had a family emergency.
All I got back from DoorDash is what I paid to have the big plate delivered. I didn't get compensation for my big bowl that I earned with my rewards points.
Preferred solution: I want my points back and I want the offer for the free bowl

My son ordered a plate from the Panda in Cordova, but the phone number listed says no one will take that call. His teriyaki chicken is badly burned. He said it's disgusting.

Buenas tardes, quiero saber acerca sobre mi reembolso de un pedido del día 11/04/24, hice un pedido ese día de 5 platos y solo me llegaron 2, hable para saber que había pasado y me dijeron que tenía que hablar al que lo trajo a mi casa que fue un doordash, hablé con ellos y me dijieron que ellos no podían hacer nada porque el pedido fue realizado desde la aplicación de panda.Y que hablara aquí para esperar una respuesta

I went to panda express on academy. And my permitted gold tooth fell out bleeding. From a very hard not unchewable fortune cookie. My mouth went numb and tingling in a lot of pain.
I went back to panda express filled out an incident report. And spoke to the manager.
To proceed to file a claim for my pain and suffering. From a bad unchewable fortune cookie from panda express.

Rude service lying about not having fountain drinks that comes with the kids meal I paid 50 dollars for a meal I was not satisfied with and the service just made it worse and waited 30 mins to get my meal absolutely ridiculous the guy Juan C was obviously impatient and seems irritated with his job. Horrible customer service.also I asked if I could get chow mein with no veggies and I would wait for it and he said No! Not possible then I end up getting like 27 noodles and like 4lbs of veggies I couldnt even believe it pictures shown below

Not sure yet, still having issues sending several screenshots of the panda receipts. Store number 3569. On 10/2/24 at 5:33 pm the hispanic female didn't wipe off food access on box which damaged the ticket receipt numbers,so I haven't dined at panda for over a month

Almost always I am very satisfied with the service here. I was only trying to get ahold of the store to inform them that the orange chicken this time was beyond eatable.
For some reason my son and I could not even chew it which lead to disappointment being he does double OC. I just wanted to get a credit being I wasn't going to leave my house again to return but I wasn't able to get ahold of any one on the phone.

So my daughter works at Panda Express #342 in Richmond, TX. Today she was sent home because her hat didn't fit.
One picture is what they're making their argument with, the other is what Kianas hat and hair looked like.
She had 4 hair nets on as well, and the manager told her she can't work.
My daughter has a ton of hair, even without the wig, that hat sits the same way. We're home now, removing the wig and redoing her hair so we can take another photo and show that the hat still will not fit. It's the biggest hat they offer, so sizing up isn't an option.
In addition, my daughter has already come home crying because apparently she doesn't smile enough for the manager's liking. She smiles when interacting with customers, and she's friendly.
But she doesn't smile like a psychopath while making plates, cleaning, etc.
Prior to this, her hours were cut for an entire week "because it was a holiday week."
I'm not usually the mom to do this, I let my kids figure it out on their own when it comes to dealing with other people - but this has gotten downright ridiculous. I went up and spoke to Miriam, the manager, today. She refused to budge and said it was a food safety issue. Meanwhile, her own hair was hanging out around her hat and face, same as the other two females working there.
When I pointed this out, she changed the subject back to Kiana's hat not fitting all the way on her head.
So, aside from her looking for another job, what would you guys do? Because it just doesn't sit right. Once we get the updated pics of her with her natural hair still not fitting in the hat, I'll be sending all of that to corporate for their response as well - because it feels like my child is being screwed with.
Even if she doesn't continue working there, it's the principal.
This explains the situation and is what was posted to my social media, because people need to know! As you can see, even once the wig is removed, the hat DOES NOT FIT.

Multiple separate trips. One time, for a walk-in, they made half of the order and then I had to wait 5 minutes for the superfood mixture and ragoons.
The orange chicken was soggy, and the other entrees were barely warm by the time I arrived home. The wrong entree was in that dish and when I phoned the restaurant, they told me to bring it back as proof.
The 2nd time was online and again, the wrong dish was in the combination.
Yesterday, I made an online order, arrived, and had to wait for walk-ins to be served first. I attempted to confirm the order and was told I should know. I asked for sweet and sour and teriyaki sauce, he asked if I had ordered that.
He was very rude and when I requested a receipt, at first, he said the computer was down and then I saw multiple receipts coming out while I waited for the sauces. I questioned again and was told no receipt was given for online ordering.
I phoned the restaurant to speak to the manager, but was told she was not in until the afternoon. I asked for the corporate phone number and he hung up on me.

Arrived at the location around lunchtime, at peak time, and you were out of food and refused to cook anymore. The service was awful. I patronize this establishment frequently and never before have I experienced such disrespect because I wanted fresh food.

Had an issue with an online order. the website switched my delivery to store pickup the night before and since no one was available to pick it up we just left it at the store.
Tried to order again the next night. Once again used the repeat previous delivery order it changed it to pickup. I changed to delivery, verified delivery address on file and entered my payment information. it asked it I wanted to use one of my rewards so I added an item and hit pay.
It changed my order to pickup again. I do not work anywhere near my delivery store. Tried to call the store for 45 minutes repeatedly to cancel so my food wouldn't be cold, they never answered. There needs to be a way to contact store if there is an issue.
I accidentally called the CTC mall store first and they picked up on the second ring, unfortunately that wasn't my store. I used my work phone to call the only customer service number I could find, it is not listed on website. sat on hold for 45 minutes, she said I wasn't the only one who was having this issue and told me to explain to MGR to see if he would remake. Got to the store, stood there for 10 minutes at register before anyone even said a word to me, another 5 minutes to get a Mgr.
he was nice enough to remake the order that took another 25 minutes. it took an hour and a half to pick up a delivery order???

We placed an online order that was scheduled for 7:03. We arrived at the drive-thru line at 6:50, but by the time we got to the window around 7:10, our food was not ready.
They were out of stock on several items we had ordered, and the drink they gave us was watered down. The girl at the window was very rude and even called my mother a *** because we wouldnt move to the next window.
We requested to speak with a manager, and Robbie was helpful in resolving the situation. But The girl threw her handset off and also the food on my mother's hand and also kept gossiping with the another girl in the line which is very unprofessional.
Manager Robbie said theirs video recording, and audio but is unsure its recorded

What's wrong with her hair being in a tight bun with a hair net covering it?
Usually, when a manager cuts someone's hours, they do it so the person will quit. It sounds to me like this manager is playing games and playing favorites.
I spoke to VP of operations, he agrees the pictures look fine to him and he's forwarding it to the area manager so she can personally visit the location. And apparently Miriam is either wearing the wrong shirt, or she is not an actual manager as she claimed.
Your daughter is a grown woman. She should fight her own battles.
