Reserving Food / Panda Express - Garden City, ID
We drove through the drive through and had to park out front, when they delivered the meal to us, we opened the containers and realized it was wrong, gave it back to the worker who in turn went inside and spoke with the manager, the manager took the containers out of the bag and proceeded to dump the food that we opened and touched back into the warmers to serve to other people. After she brought out the corrected items I asked if that had been served to someone else too, she apologized and said that is not there normal practice. I believe the only thing not normal was they got caught in the act.
