Wasilla Ak store 1/29/17 5 pm I ordered $45 worth of food for my family. Was told I had to wait for fried rice.
I paid with a hundred dollar bill they told me they were having technical difficulties. Then she came back and told me she couldn't accept the hundred dollar bill because there was no strip in it. I asked to talk to the manager and they sent out a guy who was not a manager and he told me that there was no manager on duty.
He told me that it would be better for both of us if I went and got some different money. I told him it wouldn't be better for me and left.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.

They should have a bill marker that gives you a yellow ink if real instead of this fiasco .
One time I came into the Panda restaurant in Fond du lac , Wi and ordered the family feast. One lady said I should call it in next time because it's a lot of food and she was afraid of running out of food in midst of dinner hour.
I said I'd wait and will not change my order. After a year I called in a Family Feast and this time they told me that I can't call it in .
Just stop by the restaurant or go online. I have a carphone speaker phone !

Yep, the missing strip is a good sign it's a fake. I wouldn't have taken it either.
If they had and it turned out to be fake, some low-paid employee would have had to reimburse the Company AND they would have still been terminated.
Next time, put on your big boy panties and deal with the situation in a logical, adult manner. The only place you should have been taking that bill to was your local bank.
