I went order several meals of Orange chicken I was told at 8:45 that because you closed at 9 that they were no longer allowed by the regional manager to cook more food. I went to the drive thru where the close time is 930 and when I question the staff he said the regional manager said because they had a slow day that they were to stop cooking early to avoid having too much food waste.

As a district manager for fast food in my past we cooked as long as the customer was ordering.

I can't believe a company that closes at 9:30 wont cook orange chicken at 8:45 to save on food cost. Pics attached

Get over it. Restaurants hate people who show up 15 minutes before closing and demand full service.

They'll be glad to get rid of you. Right or wrong, that's how it works most of the time.
