I went order several meals of Orange chicken I was told at 8:45 that because you closed at 9 that they were no longer allowed by the regional manager to cook more food. I went to the drive thru where the close time is 930 and when I question the staff he said the regional manager said because they had a slow day that they were to stop cooking early to avoid having too much food waste.
As a district manager for fast food in my past we cooked as long as the customer was ordering.
I can't believe a company that closes at 9:30 wont cook orange chicken at 8:45 to save on food cost. Pics attached
