The basic story is we went into Panda to order our food the first time went back home the food was incorrect we then went back and ask to speak with the manager so the correction be made that manager got rude so we left after the refund went through drive-thru to get our food so when I called back come to find out we did not speak to a manager we only spoke to a just regular employee so they lied then I spoke to the manager who begin to get loud and use a little bit of profanity on the phone and refused to lower her voice an when ashws for her name she would notngive name ulfront. She was asked moren than10 timesan even to give me the corporate number so I called the 1-800 number on receipt.
