MY NAME IS FRANK, I WENT FOR LUNCH AT PANDA EXPRESS IN TEMPE..ADDRESS 101...NOTHING WAS READY TO EAT. HAD TO WAIT 1/2 BEFORE FOOD WAS READY.

ADVISE THEM THEY SHOULD COMPENSATE US FOR WAITING SUCH AN AMOUNT OF TIME. ONE OF THE GAL IS JUST THE WAY IT IS...I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT PLACE OR BETTER YET NOTHING GO THERE EITHER.

I AS BAND MEMBER BOOSTER CLUB AT A HIGH MARCHING BAND HAVE OUR FUND RAISERS THERE I THING WE WILL CANCELLED AND GO WTH CHIPOLTE..YOU CAN CONTACT ME @ 602-515-3406. THANKS!

Not sure why anyone would wait 30 minutes for personnel to get ready to serve food when there are other places around. That said, one thing I have noticed about many of these places is a lack of immediacy---they are on a time schedule of their own. However, be aware that "Chipolte" as you term it will probably be no better and the food much worse.
