approximately 9:30 p.m. Saturday October 13th I visited the Homewood IL location.

I tried to order the honey sesame chicken that was mentioned on the website $3 off $5 but it was unavailable on the website for me to even order. I called to ask the store rep could I substitute for another entree since it's not available on the website to order. THE ANSWER WAS NO! I was surely not the cause of something being advertised on your website and not available at the location that I visited why should I be penalized??!!

The rep said we are not taking online orders because of the time or their inability to take online orders (This where I saw it was becoming too hard to get dinner and I then felt that all the good service Panda Express implies is garbage). The information I Googled is that the location is open until 10 p.m. By this time after trying to assist Panda Express in giving me good customer service I became livid because I had reached their parking lot. I was completely angry and hungry and had to drive someplace else for food.

I went away disgusted having to go to get other food that I didn't plan on having.

Whereas I planned to have Panda Express and took all the actions to utilize the app and make it a smooth experience after coming from doing my shopping. I want you to know above all that I am so disappointed and furious with Panda Express for this display of .bad customer service

Panda Express stops cooking fresh food about 45 - 60 minutes before close. The odds they would have had the item you wanted was slim to none anyway.

Itโ€™s good business not good service. Listen your schedule is your schedule.

You cannot expect that everyone else is going to do what you want that late at night. So they should have cooked up a full batch just so YOU can have one serving? What is going to happen to all that food they cooked? Well itโ€™s going to be thrown away.

Thatโ€™s lost MONEY!! You know that stuff YOU work for as well. What I find hilarious is that you expect that a online app is going to get you the food you want. You never use a app!!

Maybe as a menu but definitely not ordered from. You have ASSumed that your digital importance is greater then their loss of money. Sorry but itโ€™s not. Online orders are separate from the regular orders they take.

If a shop is busy what do you think is immediately forgotten? Thatโ€™s right all those online orders of fatasses who think โ€œoh I will just order it on my phone so I donโ€™t have to waitโ€. Waiting is everywhere. Get over it princess you could have gone earlier instead of ducking around with your phone.

YOU CHOSE the time to eat. You canโ€™t whine when they are closing up. Thatโ€™s the choice YOU MADE!!! Neither panda or the app picked the time TOU CHOSE to eat.

You saw the hours online why did you even try? Oh thatโ€™s right princess bitchypants wanted her fake Chinese food.
