Food and service complaint

I live down the street so I come to this location often, the last theee time sive gone I’ve ordered the same things , and every time they taste completely different, also the employees often forget my Rangoon’s or get my order wrong!!! Also today the girl at the drive through was extremely rude and it took at least 15 minutes to get our food!!!

I went to the panda express on boulder highway and tropicana in las vegas nv and i go there iften i ordered orange chicken it was so spicy it was almost unedible i went back told the worker the issue she tried to justify it by saying all the kids like it. Thats not acceptable you are coiking for the public everyone cant eat spicy food. Someone needs to address this issue they have a high turnover . things need to be done right.

Extremely horrible customer service

I had a receipt thrown in my face and the window closed on me twice after I sat in the drive thru and didn’t have my order taken. After bringing that to their attention I was told that my attitude (that I didn’t have) wasn’t needed very rudely by Roxanne. She went on to say she was the only one there as if it was my fault and proceed to snatch my money and slam the window. At that point I pulled around and went to get my money back which took another 5 minutes because the manager was trying to figure out what was going on. She lies about throwing the receipt and to make matters worst the manager did nothing to make light of the whole situation. As a person that eats at this place multiple times a week I’m very upset by the lack of customer service that was displayed on both the drive thru worker and the manager.

Frustration

To Whoever Will Listen I don't usually send emails to companies but I just wanted to say something this time. If you are going to allow people to use their receipt to do a survey and receive something for that, the employees should be trained to be sure that the ink is good in the machine. This is not the first time I've had a receipt not print well enough to be able to read the numbers they ask for to do the survey. Just a suggestion. Two days before this happened I went in to this same store and had to wait over 6 minutes for black pepper chicken. Once it was ready, they continued to wait on others until another customer noticed I was standing there and reminded them I was waiting. The girl behind the counter looked annoyed. She never once smiled or acted as though she even cared if the customers were there. When I went to send an email from the website, Staples Mill Store (Glen Allen, VA) is not listed and again they asked for the order # to be able to complete the email. That is what couldn’t be read on the receipt. These two things made it impossible for me to complete the form so it wouldn’t send my feedback email. I then went online and found a email address to be able to send something to air my irritation (GuestService@***.com) and THAT came back as undeliverable. Thanks for listening.

Paycheck

Ive been trying to reach out to the Panda Express in Watsonville about my paycheck they were suppose to give me a month ago, but every time I go to the store or call them they always give me attitude and say they can’t find my paycheck and proceed to hang up on me, I’m getting really tired of having to go through all this crap just to get my paycheck for the hours I worked for.

The store Manager Luz through out my rice that was hard didn't get a refund just poor service. I felt that the quality of my 1/2 of my meal was unedible which I deserve a refund I felt like the staff knew and agreed but the overall manager refused the refund. I still want a refund now more then ever, this small matter that could have been resolved at the store But instead I have to write a comment to corporate because the manager told me that I just wasn't getting a refund even after she throughout my purchase.Hope you have cameras in your location.

I have ordered panda Express off of Uber eats for a while now and quite a bit of times I've counted now out of all the times Ive ordered and they never get me teriyaki sauce. Its been a total of 11 times, it's literally something I pay for and put in the comments to receive every time yet they continue to, I think purposefully, not put it with my order, Panda Express on main St off of highway I-35 in Lewisville Tx, next time it happens I will get bottles of soy sauce and I will bust them all over the damn store

We went in for lunch yesterday. The food were cold. Felt rush at the line ordering my plate. the associate Thi Phuong Yen N was rude to me as I gave her redemption code. The code was missing 1 digit because I was driving to get to the panda express store and I couldnt write down the whole number. When I gave it to her, I said I'm sorry i missed that 1 digit. She said " I remembered it's your 2nd time having the code wrong". She said " I'll take it this time". I come here 3 times a week. I will stop going to this location . You are just losing a customer over your associate attitude. store number #1359

You love something enough to go there every other day but get your little heart broken when somebody doesn't smile and bow and genuflect to you ? SO WHAT ?

Employee named Elsa completely unprofessional and made me feel extremely unwelcome. Completely unexpected and unacceptable. I work with the public daily and how she behaved should be reprimanded. I am also a loyal customer but now I definitely would never want to return. Im completely dissappointed with this situation.

Store number 0729 has an angry robot girl working here.her only personality is angry and aloof. I have tryed to get better service in regards to her but it keeps getting protected by the person on the phine fielding the complaints.i no longer want to talk to the store now i want to bring it to the attention of corporate headquarters .she Doesn't answer the questions that are asked she just keeps repeating yourself in the same monotone manner customer shouldn't have to deal with that.

Glass in my food

On June 30 i went to the Panda Express in Philadelphia on Aramingo Avenue, as i was finishing my meal i took a bite of my rice and it was glass in my food!!!y mouth was cut and bleeding i then called and spoke to the store manager he then told me that all he could do

Is refund my money that’s it .....i then went to the store where he furthered implied that i put the glass in my food....i was so upset and distraught i then Reached out to the corporate headquarters where i was told

To send all paperwork and a statement pertaining to what i was looking to seek in damages ......i was supposed to be contacted by the risk management team i have yet to be contacts by anyone. I’ve left multiple messages and this is beyond unprofessional and unacceptable from

This company...the embarrassed me in front of other guests when i went into the store and made me feel very badly. This place is not a good place they do

Slowest service and no food

I have been going to Panda Express on Date Ave for years and today was the worst. I was the second customer and half the food was either not ready or already gone and they are extremely slow. They need more people to help the customers!!!!! Terry Duncan Joemontana14@***.com
