I'm a regular customer at your restaurant, today was very disappointing, the kid who took my order, seemed like he was high, no hello no how can I help you, the work area was very messy, got rice and beef broccoli, I counted 2 pieces of beef .

DISAPPOINTED and Waste of money

I order from Panda quite often and EVERY SINGLE TIME there is a PROBLEM!! Either something missing or an order is incorrect. This time, I ordered a Panda bowl with fried rice and mushroom chicken. Not ONE piece of chicken was in the bowl. It was very little rice with only mushrooms and zucchini! This need to be made right. I spend A LOT of money, and for what? Unfortunately this was a delivery order via your website, therefore I was not able to go in person and have this issue resolved.

Often, if you order their broccoli beef you will not get any beef, just broccoli.

Panda Express - Complaint about management

Waited 5 minutes for previous customer to finish ordering, than was told I had to wait again. Waited a little under 10 minutes to see employee complete an online order, as I waited and watched as Chow Mein bowl was left with crumbs.

My original plan on arrival was to get two combination plates with both only Chow mein, but after waiting for my turn I was told they only had enough Chow mein for one plate and would have to wait for another ten minutes for more to come out. I only purchased one bowl (mainly veggies) and walked out the store.

I don't blame the employee, because I don't expect them to make management decisions, such as helping out customers in store first or have someone else complete online orders. I attempted to reach customer service line, but was on phone waiting for 20 minutes without no avail.

Complaint on service

I ordered a bigger plate last week for my son, they forgot his third item. I today ordered a bigger plate for myself, they forgot my third item. I tried to call the store, but the number listed goes to a full voicemail. I called to get hello, she said she was going to send me an email so I could send her a copy of my receipt, goes what? NO EMAIL!!!

If you order more than just a container of rice, they are going to forget something. One of the requirements to work at Panda Express is that you have to be incompetent and rude. Ironically, Panda Express pays better than most other fastfood restaurants.

I think I got cheated on my total of my food

I had a gift card and a free bowl coupon first the manager was trying to tell me it had to be a physical gift card not e card which I printed I ordered a bowl and a plate 2 drinks 3 rangoons he took my coupon for free bowl then scannned the gift card which was $30 Im senior citizen and disabled then he handed me back the gift card paper I asked for receipt he said its out of paper I asked total I guess he thinks I look dumb he said he couldnt remember my husband was with me doesnt like me to fuss I checked my card total when at home says I only have )12 and change left I find it hard to believe aplate 2 drinks and 3 rangoons cost $17 then he was rationing the soy sauce

Recent visit at a Panda Express

I will never ever in LIFE visit Panda Express again. The Bigger Entree Plate for shrimp orders is BAD. I called the Corporate Office and received no help. You only receive 7 shrimps on their entrees. I spent 53.00 at the Store 0515 in Rolling Meadows. WILL NEVER EVER GO TO Panda Express again no matter what location.

Never have soy sauce!!! Bring soy sauce when you come to this location to eat. Made numerous complaints to corporate office with no results. Obviously wasting my time complaining to corporate office about continuous problem.

Restaurant Gave me cold food and wrong order twice they said they would put two free meal cards for when I want to use them and went in a month later and she went back in that agreement and put down for a vip card seriously done with Panda Express

I spent $75 in there and Im out of food they gave me and my kids meals was not even full also I waited 30 minutes for them to give me my food and when I got my food my Raccoons was not in there when I went inside to ask for them I said it would be another 10 minute wait I said I wanted a refund they said they dont do refund so I left without my food and no refund

They stop making new food about 90 minutes before close and often they will close early. Corporate does not care because if you read the yelp reviews about the Panda Express that is literally right next to their corporate headquarters, they do the same thing there.

Like I said before the put so little meat on my panda bowls hardly no vegetables either just mostly rice. It's like they were scraping the bottom of the bowl. If this were them or their family members this happened to you can bet they would complain They won't even answer they damn phone for you.i used to love panda express but I won't recommend that one to anybody
