We got two orders of food through the drive-thru when I got home the one order the broccoli and beef had only about four pieces of small pieces of beef broccoli was raw large pieces the girl on the phone that evening when I called said that you only put 20% beef in your meal there was supposed to be cabbage and kale in there for the greens we seen like a couple pieces of cabbage then the meal that I got for me was sesame chicken it was flour tasting and the side that I got with that was chow mein which was only ramen noodles which were dry and girl said that flowery taste was because the sauce was not cooked long enough I want to bother she said since we was coming from Ashley Ohio we could bring the food back the next day when I got there the girl that took care of me at the drive-thru kept going back and talking to her manager they said it had to be returned on that same day I don't know the girl's name that talk to me the night that I picked the food up that she was supposed to come in at 5:00 the water was picked up on the 17th around 3:30 I filled all that out on my complaint I've repeated myself over and over you're about the fourth person now whoever this is it's ridiculous customer service they should have just gave me my money back they kept wanting me to take food which I did not want because we had already spent money elsewhere since we couldn't eat that food I would appreciate if this is taken care of I've used gas and time it's still no results just so you know whoever waited on me at the drive-thru when I returned the items or tried to it was around 3:00 p.m. on the 18th

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
First let me start by talking about the rice. The rice had chunks of burnt like the bottom scraped burnt part in it and every egg in there was burnt and when I say burnt I mean black. Also in the bottom of one of the rice containers I found a piece of black brush or something like what they used to clean the grill or the stove whatever and I could not believe my eyes. Thank God that none of the children got this in their food I made sure to take pictures of everything.
I also had ordered a medium greens which at the time ordering they told me it'd be a 5-minute wait which I was already waiting 5 minutes in line by the time I went to go pay. When I got to the window they tell me it's going to be another 10-15 minute wait and I told them you guys already told me I had to wait already and I waited the time now you're telling me more time. Then he tells me I can give you something else if you'd like when I tell him okay you could give me something else he comes back to tell me the manager says no you have to wait what kind of crap is that. The broccoli was cold to touch when we got home.
Then for the sides that we ordered everything was missing about a scoop and a half in it. None of the boxes were filled to the top like they normally come and then we ordered the family meals so they usually come in a box this time they were not in boxes. They had put them in bags so in the bags was covered in juice from the containers falling over for the way they put them in there so everything was soaking wet by the time we got home.
Then when I called to speak to a manager they tell me that they can't find the manager then the kid announces to everybody in the restaurant oh great we have a woman on the phone complaining like always what kind of crap is that. So then I get told to call back in 20 minutes.

Hi, yes today me and my coworkers decided to treat ourselves and get some panda when my coworker came back with her order I had ordered the chicken teriyaki bowl with white rice and noodles we are two orders of veggie eggrolls, a big plate anyway, I had no teriyaki sauce. We got two soy sauce and one sweet-and-sour when I called the lady to explain to her I had no teriyaki for my chicken.
Her name was Kayla. She said sorry theres nothing we could do and she was wasted her whole lunch my food was dry and I was not going to enjoy it, she said the only thing I could do was bring her back all the food again were working we were on our lunch hour Ive gone to panda for years I love panda expresses food.
I go with my family often not usually to this location though, and I have to say I got thoroughly upset with the way the lady spoke with me and just disregarded my complaint , I dont ever complain because I understand that we are human and mistakes will be made but I work hard for my money and I was unable to eat this food. Thank you.

I drove 30 min to only get 1/4of my order and when I called to complain I was not told they weee sorry it was stated I could come back and get it yeah Im 30 min away so then my name and order was taken and said I could come another time to get it but would not receive a refund . So a week later I went to get it and was assisted with eye rolls and snickering by employees and when she couldnt find my name which was told would be written down they went on the back and upon return told that they would not honor it and that I refused to give my name all because I was upset and asked for a refund and I was going to call customer service but before getting off I specifically clarified that I was able to receive my food when.
Was able to return Ive never been treated more poorly in my life Ive worked in food service before and would have been fired for treating a customer with such lack of respect and unkindness I will never go to this establishment ever I cannot support a business that thinks it ok to treat people in this manner especially silly from your upper management . Had I ever rolled my eyes in front of a customer I would have been immediate taken of the floor and had a speaking to or wrote up but in my case was treated poorly and not to mention my money was stolen from me cause I have yet to get my money for the food I never received or been given the items they forgot to give me.

I am not interested in panda express money. I want her the manager at the location off of West Airport in Houston Texas to be held accountable for unprofessionalism and also be drug tested based on her nose, running as Im trying to conduct a transaction with her.
she was fidgety and then alleged that she needed a receipt that was in her hand.
I told her to please read the receipt she asked me for the card I said, maam, it was cash. She was very irate and ego driven into calling 911 on me and attempted to place a criminal trespass against me because she refused to return my receipt after she gave me a refund reluctantly, and after much red tape, at this point is turned into a civil matter, and I am pressing charges against her solely based on her lack of professionalism, and call me the N-word!

Su nombre se llama Joselyn desde un comienzo que me tomó la orden. Su manera de atender no me gustó. Puesto que le dije que yo era la que seguía en la línea. Me contestó muy grosera que quiere.!!
Le pedí un family meal. Muy apresurada por querer terminar de despecharme. No me dejaba elegir mi comida. Como si trajera prisa.
Le dije que se esperara a que yo eligiera. Le pedí quiero esto. Enseñándole con señas cual era. Ella muy groseramente.
Me dijiste que es esto. Sin levantar la mirada a verme. Como hiba a saber que le estaba mostrando.. quería pedir un extra size smoll de arroz y ella me dijonque solo venden medianos.
No se si no tenia o no me lo quiso vender. Cuando hiba a pagar. Estaba riéndose de mi con otro empleado. Hablando despacio.
Me hizo enojar tanto. Que le dije que ella no debería ser manager. Me dijo que ella hacía todo y muy eronicamente me dijo que le caiga bien su comida. Que la disfrute.
Dándome una risa muy eronicamente. Burlándose de lo que ya había conseguido hacerme enojar. Picó que me contacten para darles más detalles de hoy 31 de Octube 2023. En esta locación.

They would not take my food back I had my receipt and the food I was told I could bring it back today by one of their employees the manager wouldn't even come to the window the employee kept bringing me back messages saying they could not take it back very unprofessional so I had to put in a dispute with my bank 3-18-24 5pm also try to call employee back after 5:00 when she said she'd be in and they did not answer the phone
